Grilled Chicken/Beef Skewer


I love this recipe too, its easier and healthy. This can be stored in fridge for days. Just grab when you want to eat it and let it cook nicely in an oven for 10-15 minutes. Yummy~!




Bahan2:


  • Diced chicken and beef (marinated with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Thyme/Parsley)
  • Bawang besar chop into 4 big section 
  • Capsicum.
  • Japanese Cucumber
Cara2:

  • Let the meat marinated for more than 1 hour/overnight. 
  • Poke each meat and vege alternately with stick. Make sure stick tu direndam dlm air yang dititis dengan minyak cos takut terbakar.
  • Grilled in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  • Ready to be served with homemade sauce.
