Flaxseed Bread

Arini special sikit untuk orang2 atkins.. :) today recipe sangatla low carb. If anyone have heard this.. ni adalah flaxseed bread. You can googled around about this bread. Lin suka sangat bread ni.. mengenyangkan! Rasa seakan2 roti oatmeal.. if nak lagi cantik.. put nicely in silicon mold bentuk roti, and boleh disimpan lama dalam 2/3 hari.. roti ni boleh buat sandwich for breakfast.. ngan telur goreng pun sedap.. So enjoy! 






 
Bahan2:


  • 2 cups flax seed
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons sugar equivalent from splenda sugar
  • 3 beaten eggs gred B
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil

  • Cara2:
    1) Firstly mix bahan2 kering.
    2) Tambahkan bahan2 basah ke bahan2 kering.
    3) Mix both sampai sebati and let it sit for a while untuk thicken.
    4) Pour batter into a mold or a baking tray.
    5) Up to you how do you want those shape to be and the thickness.
    6) Preheat oven (250 celcius) and Bake for about 20 minutes, until it springs back when you touch the top and/or is visibly browning even more than flax already is.
    6) Cool and cut into whatever size slices you want. You don't need a sharp knife; I usually just cut it with a spatula.
